What is an AI agent?
An AI agent at the non-technical definition, think of it as a chat bot that you give instructions as well as access to certain systems, perhaps calendar, email, Slack, Salesforce, et cetera. So once an agent has access to instructions as well as systems, then they're able to complete the workflow for you.
