From 2022 to 2025, Jacqueline was co-CEO of an international NGO, moving capital, people, and commitment at the executive level. She founded BNEDai to bring that same weight to AI enablement, teaching teams and executives to build and own their first AI agent.

As co-CEO of an international NGO from 2022 to 2025, Jacqueline built donor architecture: systems designed to outlast the leaders who start them, not one-off campaigns.
There, she designed and led the We Imagine campaign: 20 dinners across 20 cities, 8 countries, and 4 continents, raising donation rates 130%, a gain that held across multiple years and leadership transitions.
She also built a donor pipeline from scratch across 12 geographic markets there, engaging senior executive women, from CEOs to CFOs to corporate counsel, to mobilize capital and drive partnerships. Her dinner-to-donor framework tracked, converted, and multiplied high-value relationships across the U.S. and Europe.
She speaks regularly on where the sector is headed, including her talk Philanthropy Built for the Decade.

Jacqueline is widely known for her work closing the gender wage gap, work that put her frameworks to the test inside major enterprises, with clients including Foot Locker, American Express, and Allstate.
